The Healthy Lifestyle 2020
So the big question, why do we feel we have any authority to talk about living a healthy lifestyle. Simply stated, we don't. We are a normal run of the mill everyday husband wife team who have tried it all, fallen seven times and gotten up eight and continue to try and get it right everyday.
This blog/page is not meant as an authoritarian approach to living a healthy life. Instead, it is meant to pass on our own experiences, research and proven methods (individual results may vary lol) to those who want to make a change, be better today than they were yesterday and want to see a different approach.
A few things we believe to our core; there are no perfect people and no perfect methods. You are going to stumble and fall, we all do. What matters is what you do when you fall. No two people are the same. What works for me, may not work for you. What drives you, may not be what drives me. It is all about being the best version of yourself and learning new ways to do it. And finally, living a healthier life is more than just hitting the weights, eating salad or taking your vitamins. The holistic approach to living a healthy life is the only way to truly reach your goals.
